• System uptime, availability, or uninterrupted operation.
• Absolute cross-platform compatibility of Unicode shifted fonts on all potential destination platforms.
• Conversion resolution bounds or file integrity.

Your use of our tools is entirely at your own risk.

2. Acceptable Use Policies

By using our services, you warrant that you will not utilize the Format Studio utilities to:

• Generate unicode characters to mask hate speech, harassment, spam, or illicit terms on social platforms.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or exploit standard code logic inside the application scripts.
• Utilize automated scripts, scrapers, or bot nets to programmatically load the server and scrape layouts.

3. Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership

Format Studio makes no claims of ownership over the files, text strings, metadata, or images that you process within our local utilities. All ownership of input content and subsequent converted outputs remains strictly with the user.

The code logic, application designs, graphical layouts, branding trademarks, and stylesheets used to build this web application are the exclusive intellectual property of Format Studio and are protected under copyright regulations.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Format Studio, its authors, developers, or affiliates be held liable for any damages, losses, account suspensions, metadata corruption, or file storage failures arising out of the use or inability to use our client-side tools. This includes suspensions by third-party social media sites (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn) for platform policies, or character validation mismatches.
